This Edwards Unvalved Diffstak 160/700F Vapor Diffusion Pump is rebuilt. Diffusion pumps are the primary industrial high vacuum pumping mechanism. The Patented, compact water cooled Diffstak pumps with an integral cooled baffle offer exceptionally clean pumping with very low back-streaming, reduced outgassing, and a reduction in the number of elastomer seals required for installation. This pump has been fully rebuilt, it was carefully cleaned and inspected. The heat and electrical components were replaced where needed, and it has been repainted. The “F” model pumps are unvalved and have a copper compression gasket flange and are Conflat Inlet connected.
