The Thermo Scientific™ ISQ™ 7000 GC-MS system is a GC single quadrupole platform

capable of boosting laboratory efficiency and productivity through increased robustness

combined with superior sensitivity to fulfill your most challenging analytical needs.

Developed to enhance the user experience in routine workflows, the ISQ 7000 GC-MS

system is streamlined to ensure great data consistency over time while offering new

automated instrument control tools for an unprecedented ease-of-use and a quick

learning process, as required in a high-throughput laboratory. SmartTune is the new

simplified tuning tool designed to remove tuning complexity and intelligently eliminate

unnecessary steps in the process for faster operations and consistency in performances

over time.

Includes Vacuum Probe Interlock (VPI), which means this system is able to leverage all

the benefits of the patented Thermo Scientific™ NeverVent™ technology. Using VPI in

conjunction with the Thermo Scientific™ ExtractaBrite™ EI source and the new V-Lock

source plug, routine maintenance operations such as source cleaning and direct connected

column operations can be performed on the system without the need to vent

the mass spectrometer.

Electron Ionization (EI) source, with Full Scan (FS), SIM, and FS/SIM simultaneous within

sample injection. Timed Acquisition (t-SIM) mode and AutoSIM are included as standard

to facilitate the method development, acting as a real time saver and productivity booster.

AutoSIM allows users to automate the selection of SIM ions from full-scan data in a

guided and automated fashion. t-SIM is complementary to AutoSIM optimizing the dwell

time in SIM quantitation methods in case of large number of analytes and co-elution,

assuring the maximum sensitivity. Also includes AutoSRM, which is your very own mass

spectrometer method development expert integrated into your system.

The wireless designed Thermo Scientific™ ExtractaBrite™ EI source is comprised of

highly inert material for high sample path integrity. The source cartridge includes the

repeller, source lenses, RF lens which protects the quadrupole from ion burning, and is

programmable to 350 °C. Dual-filament switchable via software is included in all ionization

mode. Dual-stage mass filter with off-axis S-shaped ion guide for noise reduction and

solid, homogeneous, non-coated quadrupole rods. Thermo Scientific™ DynaMax™ XR

detection system, with off-axis dynode, discrete dynode electron multiplier and

electrometer, with an electronic dynamic range > 109. Mass Range 1.2 – 1100.0 u. Ability

to acquire more than 240 scans/s in SIM. Ability to acquire more than 97 scans/s in fullscan

when scanning over a range of 125 u. Extended capacity (300 L/s) turbomolecular

TRIPLUS RSH BASE LIQUID + HS CONFIG

Basic TriPlus RSH for liquid and Headspace injections with standard Xlength.
